What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with a seasoned crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Inclusions can vary based on the type of service: for example, our sunset tours include high-quality refreshments and snacks, whereas our business charters offer meeting amenities and corporate dining options.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your preferred date, we advise booking 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks early is recommended to ensure availability and allow for personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Our highest concern is safety. If the captain determines that the weather poses a safety risk, we will suggest an alternate date for your charter or provide a full reimbursement. Weather assessments are done continuously, and we'll be in touch 24 hours before your scheduled departure if there are any concerns.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, guests can bring their preferred refreshments and snacks. We also have excellent catering services with customizable menu options. Keep in mind that for safety measures, glassware is prohibited on board.
Do your vessels accommodate guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to serve all guests. Several of our yachts are designed to be more accessible than others. To ensure the best fit, discuss any specific requirements when you book, and we will designate the most accessible yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
A full refund is processed for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the departure time. Cancellations that occur between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure result in a 50% refund. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the set sail time, the fee is non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather or mechanical issues from our side.
